Development
We are sustainably and environmentally conscious, we take pride in investing heavily in research and development of Nursery Production technologies, which has enabled us to produce 16.8 million seedlings in 2025. By investing in advancing technologies on site, this enables us to further develop and focus on production efficiencies, harvesting and propagation.
We also under-take fertiliser free propagation trials with only a pre-plant application of Dolomite.

Patrick works closely with his team in designing and developing his concepts, on-site for precision agriculture, site technologies and systems. Automation and site technologies are a key factor for increasing productivity and site efficiencies, ensuring the site is maintained in optimal condition throughout the year.
Murrays Nurseries (2011) Ltd Seed Sower drums and Seed Sower hopper have been redesigned and distributed within New Zealand to the Pinus radiata nursery industry.
